Add-On Services
Additional services such as pet hair removal, stain extraction, or heavy buildup may require extra charges. All add-ons will be discussed prior to completion.

Access to water and electricity is required for all mobile appointments unless arranged otherwise.
Scheduling & Timing

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items prior to service. Crownline Detail Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
